Allergen information is located within the description of each item.
While we do attempt to ensure that specific items are allergen free, as these products are prepared and cooked in an open kitchen, we are unable confirm that trace elements of allergens will not be present. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
We currently accept payment via Credit Card or PayPal.
Please do note that if an e-cheque is used via PayPal, we will be unable to fulfil your order until full payment has been received.
Upon successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please do note that this may be flagged by your email provider and be moved to your junk/spam folder.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, please kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details of your order as you are able to provide (in particular, the full name on the order and email address used).
For all purchases of the Grands Gâteaux our pastry chefs require 48-72 hours to prepare and cook your order. Please do make allowances for this when selecting a collection date.
Upon check out you will be prompted to select a collection date from our store in South Melbourne.
Please note that all orders will be held for 24 hours from the designated pick-up day & then forfeited.

Payment & Shipping
All products are available for collection in store at 285-287 Coventry Street, South Melbourne during opening hours. Alternatively, selected products are available for dispatch with Australia Post. These products are clearly listed and shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
Generally, packages distributed via Australia Post will take approximately 3-6 business days after dispatch to arrive.
If you would like a more accurate delivery time-frame, please do refer to the Australia Post website here.
While we do always attempt to deliver within the prescribed time-frames, Bibelot is unable to prevent unforeseen delivery delays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please do contact us via email email@example.com with your order number.
Unfortunately at this stage, we are only able to deliver within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
This includes the following circumstances:
- if the incorrect item is received or,
- if the item is not as described.
Due to the nature of the items and strict food handling regulations, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. We kindly ask that you make your selection carefully as all orders are final and unable to be changed after payment has been received.
